What is Luxe Raffles and how does it work?

Luxe Raffles is an online competition site where you can win luxury items from just £3 a ticket. Simply choose a raffle, buy your tickets, and wait for the live draw!

What types of prizes can I win?

We offer luxury handbags, watches, tech, getaways, and sometimes even cash prizes.

Are your prizes brand new or pre-owned?

Most prizes are brand new unless stated otherwise. Some high-end designer pieces may be pre-owned and clearly listed as such.

Are Luxe Raffles competitions legal and regulated?

Yes! Luxe Raffles operates legally under UK competition laws. Our company is Raffles Luxe Ltd, registered with Companies House.

How are winners chosen?

Winners are selected at random using a secure random number generator.

Can I watch the draw live?

Yes all draws are streamed live on our Instagram @luxerafflesstore and Facebook.

What happens if a raffle doesn't sell out?

The draw will still go ahead regardless of ticket sales, and a winner will be chosen fairly.

How do I enter a competition?

Pick a raffle, select how many tickets you'd like, and checkout securely online.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I enter more than once?

Yes! You can enter as many times as you'd like unless the raffle has a ticket limit.

Is there a limit to how many tickets I can buy?

Some raffles have a ticket cap to keep things fair — it will be shown on the product page.

Do you offer any bulk entry discounts?

Yes! Some raffles offer bundle deals when you buy more tickets.

Do I have to pay VAT or any extra fees?

No hidden fees — the ticket price you see is what you pay.

Can I enter from outside the UK?

Currently, we only accept entries from UK residents aged 18 and over.

How does postal entry work?

You can enter any competition for free by sending a postcard with your details. Full instructions are available in our Terms & Conditions.

Where do I send my postal entry?

Send it to our official address listed on the Terms & Conditions page.

How are free entries treated compared to paid ones?

They are treated exactly the same and entered into the draw equally.

Can I send multiple postal entries?

Yes, but each must be posted separately and follow the correct format.

What's the deadline for postal entries?

Postal entries must arrive before the competition closes — check the product page for the exact time.

Delivery & Fulfilment 📦

How do I receive my prize?

We’ll arrange delivery directly to your address — free of charge in the UK.

Do I have to pay for delivery?

No, UK delivery is completely free.

Can you ship internationally?

Not at the moment we only deliver within the UK.

How long does delivery take?

Usually within 3–5 working days after you confirm your details.

What if my prize arrives damaged?

Email us at info@luxeraffles.co.uk and we’ll sort it out for you right away.

Can I track my prize?

Yes — tracking info will be provided once your item is dispatched.

Odds & Draw info 🧮

What are my odds of winning?

Your odds are based on the number of tickets sold and how many you purchase. For example, if 1,000 tickets are available and you buy 10, your odds are 10 in 1,000.

Do more entries increase my chances?

Yes — the more tickets you have, the better your chances.

How many total tickets are available per competition?

Each raffle shows the total ticket quantity on the product page.

Can I see how many entries are left?

Yes — the number of remaining tickets is shown in real time on the raffle page.

Is the draw random?

Completely! We use a verified random number generator for every draw.

Who oversees the draw to make sure it’s fair?

All draws are recorded and conducted live in a transparent and fair way on our socials.

Prizes & Winners 🏆

How will I know if I’ve won?

Winners are announced live on our Instagram and Facebook, and also contacted by email.

What happens after I win?

We’ll reach out to confirm your identity and arrange delivery of your prize.

Can I sell the prize I win?

Yes — once the prize is yours, you can do what you like with it.

Can I choose a cash alternative?

Most competitions offer a cash alternative, which will be listed on the raffle page.

How is the cash alternative amount calculated?

It’s usually a percentage of the retail value of the prize the exact figure is listed on each competition.

Can I exchange the prize for something else?

No, prizes are not exchangeable unless a cash alternative is offered.

What if I don’t want the prize?

You can refuse the prize or opt for the cash alternative, if available.

How do I know the draw isn’t rigged?

Every draw is random, fair, and broadcast live on Instagram and Facebook.

Do any raffles support charity?

Yes! Some raffles donate a portion of proceeds to charity — these are clearly marked.

How do charity raffles work?

They work the same way as regular raffles, but a part of the profits is donated.

How much is donated to charity?

The donation amount varies and is shown on the competition page.

Can I suggest a charity for Luxe Raffles to support?

Do charity raffles still offer the same odds and prizes?

Yes — your chances of winning are the same in every competition.
