How are winners chosen?

Completely at random. Each entry is assigned a unique order number, and our live draws use RandomDraws.co.uk for full transparency.
Where can I watch the draws?

How will I know if I’ve won?

What happens if I win?

You can choose between the prize itself or the listed cash alternative. We’ll verify your ID, then arrange delivery or payment within 14 days.
Do draws still happen if tickets don’t sell out?

Always. Every main competition closes at the stated time, and a winner is guaranteed regardless of ticket sales.

What is LUXE+?

LUXE+ is our ultra-low-odds competition format. Think faster draws, smaller ticket caps, and instant winners.

When all tickets sell, the winner is drawn live the same night as our main Rolex competition — one night, one live, multiple winners

📦 Delivery & Fulfilment
How are prizes delivered?

We prefer to hand-deliver all main prize watches in person — it’s part of the Luxe Raffles experience.

If you’ve chosen the cash alternative, payment is made directly to your bank via secure transfer.
Are prizes brand new?

All watches are in like-new condition, typically from 2023 onwards, and supplied as a complete set with box and papers.

If a watch is brand new from store, this will be clearly stated on the competition page.

All other prizes aside from watches are brand new unless otherwise stated.
