This website is operated by Luxe Raffles, a trading name of DASCPA, Company No. 14929509, registered in England and Wales. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Luxe Raffles. Luxe Raffles offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing entry to a competition, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms referenced herein or available via hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including but not limited to browsers, customers, and content contributors.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the site or use our services.

Our website is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that powers our service.

SECTION 1 – ABOUT US

Luxe Raffles is an independent prize competition platform. We offer entrants the chance to win luxury items—including designer handbags, Rolex watches, tech, and more—through skill-based competitions. A free postal entry route is always available. All draws are conducted via a secure, verified random number generator. A portion of profits is donated to Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity after select competitions.

SECTION 2 – ELIGIBILITY

By using this site and entering competitions, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.

• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

• You are not in a jurisdiction that prohibits participation in such competitions.

It is your responsibility to ensure you meet the eligibility criteria before entering any draw.

SECTION 3 – INTERNATIONAL ENTRANTS

Luxe Raffles is a trading name of DASCPA LIMITED, a business registered and operating in the United Kingdom. Our offices, operations, draws, and prize fulfilment processes are based in the UK and conducted in accordance with UK law.

Access from Outside the UK: Our website may be accessed by individuals aged 18 or over from outside the United Kingdom only where participation in prize competitions is lawful in their country of residence.

Luxe Raffles does not advertise, market, or actively promote its competitions in jurisdictions where participation is prohibited or restricted by local law. It is the sole responsibility of each entrant to ensure that:

• Entry into our competitions is lawful in their country or territory, and

• Accessing and using our website does not breach any local laws, regulations, or government restrictions

If you are unsure whether participation is permitted, you should consult your local laws, regulatory authority, or government guidance before entering.

Luxe Raffles accepts no liability for entries made in breach of local laws outside the United Kingdom.

Winners Located Outside the United Kingdom: If a competition winner is based outside the UK, Luxe Raffles will contact the winner directly to agree the most appropriate and practical fulfilment method.

Available options may include (but are not limited to):

• The winner travelling to the United Kingdom to collect the prize

• A nominated friend or family member based in the UK collecting the prize on the winner’s behalf

• Insured international delivery of the prize

• Luxe Raffles arranging travel to deliver the prize in person

The final method of fulfilment will be agreed at Luxe Raffles’ discretion, taking into account practicality, security, cost, and compliance requirements.

International Shipping, Duties & Taxes: Where a prize is shipped internationally:

• Luxe Raffles will cover the cost of postage and insurance to any destination worldwide.

• Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, handling charges, or trade-related fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the winner.

• Luxe Raffles will not be responsible for delays, seizures, or additional charges arising from customs or border control processes in the destination country.

Winners are responsible for ensuring that the prize may be legally imported into their country.

Cash Alternative: Where offered, winners may choose a cash alternative instead of prize delivery. For international winners, Luxe Raffles will:

• Work directly with the winner to determine the most suitable payment method, and

• Provide reasonable guidance to facilitate secure and compliant payment

Any bank fees, currency conversion charges, or international transfer costs imposed by third parties may be deducted or borne by the recipient, depending on the payment method used.

Limitation of Responsibility: Luxe Raffles shall not be liable for:

• Any breach of local laws by an entrant outside the UK

• Any refusal, delay, or restriction imposed by customs or regulatory authorities

• Any additional costs incurred as a result of international delivery or importation

By entering a competition, all entrants expressly acknowledge and accept these conditions.

SECTION 4 – COMPETITION RULES

Each competition has its own rules, as stated on the individual product page.

• Competitions may be capped at a maximum number of entries.

• All competitions include a skill-based question that must be answered correctly.

• Any entries submitted without a valid and correct answer may be disqualified.

SECTION 5 – POSTAL ENTRY

All Luxe Raffles competitions include a free entry route in accordance with UK promotional competition regulations.

Free postal entries are treated exactly the same as paid entries and will be entered into the same verified random draw process.

How to Enter by Post: To enter a competition for free, send one (1) handwritten postal entry only per postcard or letter to:

Each postal entry must be clearly handwritten and include all of the following:

• Full name

• Date of birth

• Full residential address

• Email address

• Mobile phone number

• The specific competition you wish to enter

• The correct answer to any applicable skill-based question

• A clear statement confirming acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

  (e.g. “I accept the Luxe Raffles Terms and Conditions”)

Entry Conditions:

• Only one (1) entry per postcard or letter is permitted.

• Multiple entries submitted in a single envelope or across multiple postcards will be disqualified.

• Entries must be handwritten. Typed, printed, copied, automated, or mechanically produced entries will not be accepted.

• Entries must be sent by first or second class post only. Special delivery or tracked mail that cannot be signed for may not be accepted.

• Entries must arrive before the competition closing time. Proof of postage does not constitute proof of delivery.

Postal entries are processed periodically throughout the competition period, including on the closing day. Once processed, entrants will receive an email confirming entry and providing a randomly generated ticket number.

No correspondence will be entered into regarding the status or processing of postal entries.

Account & Identity Verification: Entrants must have only one registered account with Luxe Raffles. Creating or operating multiple accounts, or submitting entries on behalf of another person, is strictly prohibited.

To claim any prize, entrants must provide valid, in-date government-issued photographic identification (e.g. passport or driving licence) that matches:

• The account details

• The postal entry details

• The winning entry information

Failure to provide valid identification will result in the entry being void and the prize being re-drawn.

Fair Use & Conduct: Luxe Raffles reserves the right to disqualify any entry or close any account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant has acted fraudulently, abusively, dishonestly, or contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Automated or bulk postal entries

• Attempted manipulation of entry systems

• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward staff or representatives

SECTION 6 – REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

All entry fees are non-refundable, except in the event a competition is cancelled or your payment was not successfully processed. Once a ticket has been purchased, it cannot be withdrawn, cancelled, or exchanged.

SECTION 7 – CHARITY SUPPORT

Luxe Raffles regularly donates a portion of proceeds to Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity. We are not a charity or fundraising platform. Donations will be transparently published on our social media channels following relevant draws.

SECTION 8 – PRIVACY & DATA SECURITY

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• We only use your data to process entries, payments, and customer communications.

• We never sell or share personal information with third parties without consent.

By using the site, you consent to the collection and use of your information in line with these practices.

SECTION 9 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Luxe Raffles (DASCPA) is not liable for any:

• Errors or inaccuracies on the site

• Delays or interruptions in service

• Loss or damage resulting from participation in a competition or use of this website

We aim to provide an accurate and secure service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

SECTION 10 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

SECTION 11 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of those changes.
