POSTAL ENTRIES

You may enter any of our live competitions by post however, strict guidelines must be followed for your entry to be valid.

Postal entries are processed in accordance with the UK Gambling Act 2005 and are treated exactly the same as paid entries.

Please post your entry via First or Second Class Royal Mail only to the address below.

Hand-delivered entries or Special Deliveries requiring a signature will not be accepted under any circumstances for safety and verification reasons.

📝 What to Include in Your Postal Entry

All of the following must be clearly handwritten (not typed, printed, or auto-generated) on a plain, unenclosed postcard or letter:

  • Your full name

  • Date of birth

  • Your full postal address

  • A valid email address

  • A valid contact telephone number

  • The exact name of the live competition you’re entering

  • The correct answer to the competition’s skill-based question (as shown on the product page at the time of entry)

  • The statement: “I accept the Terms and Conditions of Luxe Raffles Ltd.”

  • The date of your entry submission

Any entry missing any of the above will be invalid and destroyed.

 


⚠️ Important Rules & Conditions

  • Only one postal entry per person per competition is permitted.

  • Separate entries must be sent for each competition you wish to enter.

  • All entries must be fully handwritten — printed, typed, or photocopied entries will not be accepted.

  • Automated, bulk, or scripted entries will be deemed invalid and permanently banned.

  • You must hold a Luxe Raffles account before sending a postal entry. Entries without an active account will not be processed.

  • Only one account per person is allowed. Multiple accounts, duplicate details, or attempts to enter on behalf of others will result in all entries being void.

  • Postal entries are processed regularly throughout the duration of each competition, including on the final day.

  • No confirmation or correspondence will be provided for postal entries received.

  • Proof of postage is not proof of entry. Luxe Raffles cannot be held responsible for entries lost, delayed, or damaged in the post.

  • If you win via postal entry, you must provide valid, in-date government-issued ID (passport or driving licence) confirming your name, address, and date of birth. The details must match your entry exactly. Failure to do so will void your win.

  • Harassment or abuse towards Luxe Raffles staff, directly or indirectly, will result in immediate disqualification and a permanent account ban.

  • We reserve the right to refuse participation where entries are made in bad faith or intended to disrupt or exploit the system

Postal entries are logged into our verified draw system, RandomDraws.co.uk, the same as paid entries, ensuring full transparency and equal opportunity for all entrants.
